These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and w63 Casino ("w63," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the w63 website located at https://w63.club, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

To access real-money games and services on the w63 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all w63 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active w63 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

w63 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

w63 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as published on the Platform's cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your w63 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts only. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a payment method registered in your own name following successful KYC verification. w63 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, with GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically processed within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Currency: All transactions on the w63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

w63 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation. w63 may delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

w63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. w63 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used in conjunction with any betting strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

All games available on the w63 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generation: All w63 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used on the Platform are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by w63 or any player.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games, including those provided through the EVO Live platform, are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by professional dealers. w63 is not responsible for any technical issues on the part of the live game provider that may affect game availability or outcomes.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, w63 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. The decision of w63 in such matters is final.

Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify w63 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. w63 will investigate the matter using available game logs and server records. The outcome of such investigation is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or play any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with w63.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your w63 account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward w63 staff or other players.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or the Platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties. w63 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Content.

w63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w63 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w63 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.

w63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

w63 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by w63 to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

w63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in w63's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your w63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be returned to you following completion of the applicable withdrawal process.

w63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, w63 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and w63 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, w63's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, please contact our support team with full details of your complaint. w63 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
